Becoming aware of the problem of free radicals

Because we live and breathe, we oxidize... we create free radicals, a sort of "exhaust gas" from the body that disrupts our body and our health when they are in excess.

Free radicals are molecules lacking electrons that steal them from others, causing damage to various cellular structures, particularly DNA, leading to disease and premature cellular aging.

5 minute program

This program infuses water with a hydrogen concentration of approximately 1600 ppb. This is perfect for daily hydration, general wellness, and mild antioxidant support.
For this program, aim to drink at least 1 liter of hydrogenated water per day, or about 4 Climsom Pure bottles, spread throughout the day.

10 minute program

This program infuses water with a higher concentration of hydrogen of approximately 3000 ppb. Recommended for those seeking stronger antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects or for those looking to improve their athletic performance and recovery.
For this program, drink 500 ml of hydrogenated water per day, or 2 Climsom Pure bottles, ideally before and after exercise or intense activities.

What water to use in the generator?

Ideally, low mineral water, filtered, osmosis or distilled. Do not use sparkling and/or flavored water or hot drinks.

Drink the hydrogenated water within 30 minutes for greater effectiveness, because dissolved hydrogen is a gas, it gradually escapes, much like sparkling water loses its "bubbles" over time. If necessary, restart the hydrogenation process.
